Book Review: Bounty County Series by Maren Lee

I read the first 4 books in this series out of order and mostly because I enjoyed the supporting characters in the story I was reading and decided to read their stories too. I give this series big fat 5 stars because it is a fun read! There’s plenty of sexy time but there’s plenty of hilarious dialogues and characters. I am looking forward to book 5!
Ride-along (Bounty County, #1) I was curious about Justin and Chloe’s story when I saw them as supporting character in Book 3 (I totally read the books all out of order!). Justin is an alpha male without actually being alpha, he just kind of oozes it in his personality and the way he handles himself. Chloe was really likable and I thought her and Justin mixed really well.
Changing Lanes (Bounty County, #2) Jake and Lane really didn’t like each other in book 1 which was why I was so curious about how they ended up together. I thought Jake was the biggest d-bag in book 1 but he’s totally won some brownie points. Lane is also a great female lead, she’s a strong woman without being too much. I almost feel like their personality switched, where in reality Jake was actually the laid back guy while Lane is the one who was more emotional than I’d thought of them in book 1.
Gridlocked (Bounty County, #3) I read this book because I thought Wesson was hilarious as a supporting character and this book did not disappoint! He’s really “adorkable” and I loved Molly too. While book 1 and 2 had characters that were really hot and cold with each other (extreme emotions), Molly and Wesson kind of just fit together in a mellow way.
U-Turn (Bounty County, #4) This book was a fun read. All of the characters are firecrackers on their own. To s of hilarious moments. Loved the supporting characters so much I’m planning to read the other books in the series. Lots of steamy moments. Funny, hot, and delicious men.
